In the 1920s, a group of local farmers and ranchers came together to form the Smith Valley Grazing Association, with the aim of establishing a community park. Their vision was to create a space for families to come together, enjoy outdoor activities, and celebrate special occasions.
Today, Dressler Park and Fields continue to serve as a haven for the residents of Smith Valley. Welcome to Dressler Park and Fields, located in Smith Valley, Nevada! Our Trap Field Club Members have exclusive access to the park and fields during our summer hours for practice.
Wednesday hours are 4-6 PM, and Sundays are 10 AM-2 PM. During the winter, we have adjusted our hours to Wednesday from 2-4 PM and Sundays from 10 AM-2 PM. Dressler Parks and Fields are exceptionally well maintained, providing a pristine environment for all park-goers.
